IT Application Specialist

Position Requirements
You are likely be successful in this position if you:
• Enjoy working with others in understanding their needs, working on solutions and solving problems.
• Enjoy software development especially coding.
• Have at least 1 years of experience working as software developer.
• Have experience and knowledge in most of these areas: C#, Visual Basic .NET, PHP, Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Service.
• Have team and stakeholder engagement skills and a capacity to independently work towards solution and required outcomes.
• Have excellent attention to details and ability to work within time constraints and pressure.
• Have good written and oral communication skills in English.
• Have good problem solving and analytical capability
• Have customer service ethos and experience in working in an end-user-oriented environment
Qualifications:
You should have:
● A diploma or degree in business, engineering or technology.
● Have recent certifications in:
● Cloud Computing
● Solution Architecture
● Software Development

Safeguarding

If in the course of carrying out the duties of the role, the job holder identifies any instance that a child is suffering or likely to suffer significant harm either at school or at home, s/he must report any concerns to the School's Designated Safeguarding Lead or to the Head of School or indeed to the Regional CEO or Safeguarding Manager - Asia so that a referral can be made accordingly to the statutory services.
