This position supports the analysis, operation, testing, deployment and continuous improvement of business applications, internal digital solutions, integrations and automation assigned by the Company. As a first-line contact between users and technical resources, the employee handles incidents and enhancement requests, supports business analysis, testing, training and documentation, and gradually performs standard configuration, data-query and application-modification tasks under supervision.
Assigned applications, technologies and business processes may change over time according to the Company's business and technology needs.
- Act as a primary window contact for users of assigned business applications and internal digital solutions, with significant onsite support to Hanoi-based users.
- Receive, record, classify and follow up incidents, service requests and enhancement requests; collect sufficient evidence, data samples and business-impact information.
- Investigate application problems by checking data, logs, permissions, configurations, interfaces and process steps; resolve within assigned capability or escalate with clear evidence.
- Collect and analyze user requirements; document processes, business rules, exceptions, user roles, data needs, acceptance criteria and test scenarios.
- Coordinate with internal IT members, external specialists/vendors and stakeholders to clarify requirements, track progress, verify fixes or modifications and communicate with users.
- Prepare and execute functional tests; support UAT, production deployment, release communication, user guidance, training and post-implementation monitoring.
- Monitor assigned applications, workflows, scheduled jobs, interfaces and alerts; investigate failures and coordinate recovery or corrective actions.
- Under supervision, perform standard configurations, reports, data queries, scripts, minor application changes and other development tasks under approved standards and change controls.
- Support maintenance of legacy and internally developed applications; maintain application inventory, requirements, technical/user documents, source-code references, release notes and known-error records.
- Comply with Company standards for information security, access control, change management, data protection, development, testing and documentation.
- Collaborate with IT teams at other sites, regional/global IT resources, vendors and other relevant parties when assigned.
- Continuously improve technical, business-analysis, English and business-domain knowledge; adapt to changes in assigned systems and technologies.
- Perform other duties reasonably related to the position purpose, professional capability and operational needs of the IT function, as assigned by the superior.
► Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science,
Software Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or related fields.
- At least 01 year of relevant experience.
- Basic programming knowledge in at least one language such as C/C++, C#, Java, Python or JavaScript, with the ability to read existing code is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of relational databases, SQL, data structures, debugging and software testing.
- Experience or coursework in business applications, low-code/workflow automation, integration, Business Analysis or software testing is preferred.
- Knowledge of logistics, freight forwarding, warehousing, WMS/TMS or EDI is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Good written and spoken English, sufficient to understand technical documents and communicate work issues.

- Working time: 8:00 - 17:35 Monday - Friday (Closed Saturday & Sunday)
- Annual Leave: 12 days/year (after probation time)
- Net salary: Negotiable (13 months a year plus Tet bonus & Annual performance bonus)
