Business Analyst /
Product Owner to join our AI Product Management team. In this role, you will work at the intersection of business, product, and
AI engineering to define, design, and deliver enterprise AI products that serve large-scale digital platforms.
What you'll do
Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear product requirements.
Create and maintain PRD, BRD, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Use Cases, and process flows.
Collaborate with AI Engineers, Backend, Data, QA, and Product teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
Design AI product experiences, including conversational flows, business rules, and evaluation criteria.
Manage backlog, support sprint planning, UAT, and product releases.
Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvements using data and user insights.
What we're looking for
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Manager in software products.
Strong experience in requirement analysis, stakeholder management, BPMN/UML, and Agile/Scrum.
Understanding of AI products such as LLM, RAG, Chatbot, Voicebot, or Conversational AI is highly preferred.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to bridge business and engineering teams.
