Mô tả công việc

- Provide first line support to the business during the day-to-day running of systems within area of responsibility (initially PLM, SharePoint and MS Teams. This will change over time)
- Supporting the implementation of changes to these systems.
- Preparing (including related document set-up), planning and delivery of training for business users and on-going user care.
- Supporting design and set-up of suitable master data checking routines.
- Application and document lifecycle governance and maintenance.
- Carrying out master data checking and managing data cleaning procedures with related staff.
- Ensuring procedures related to identification, changes, testing, documentation, approval, and communication of any modification to the system are followed.
- Support the senior team with regards to any ad-hoc department activities
- Carry out all administration tasks in a professional and timely manner.

Yêu cầu công việc

Demonstrate an understanding of digital business processes.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Teams.
Understanding of the application and document lifecycle.
Able to learn, develop and implement new processes and procedures efficiently.
A good team contributor, working with other staff members to set up people and projects for success.
Pro-active in approach and keen to suggest new and innovative solutions.
A continuous improvement mind-set that spans people, processes, technologies, and own self.
Well organized and able to prioritize, communicate and manage expectations.
Able to deliver quality work and to commit to and meet deadlines.
Good communication skills in English, both oral and written.

Minimum of 4 years of experience with involvement in real-world systems like PLM, ERP, PDM and enterprise system integration deployments in domain.
Experience in the Footwear or Apparel industry is an advantage.
Experience with a PLM system/ Odoo is an advantage.
