IT Business/ Data Analyst

You will work as an IT Business Analyst/Data Analyst in digital transformation project using ACB Data Platform to bring insightful data to BU. Your role & responsibilities
Gather, analyze and formalize new business requirements and business processes in data projects from BU and IT.
Collaborate with other teams (dev team, advanced analytics team, vendors) to analyze and refine feature specifications and suggest solutions.
Transfer data stories, business rules and solutions to documents based on business modeling & competency analysis by data flow, process flow, technical design, and other business analysis documents (Wireframe, BPMN, EDR, Process Flow, etc)
Handle specialized documents (SRS; URD; Test case; User Guides ...) to transfer to the development team, vendors and BU.
Report the progress/issue status to PMO.
Your skills & qualifications
Bachelor degree in Banking, Finance or IT.
Have 3-5 years of experience in BA/DA position in banking/finance industry, understand thoroughly about Business/Data Analytics (Activities, Processes, Tools, Applications).
Understanding of business processes, transferring business requirements into documents, business flowcharts, and wireframes to support the development process.
Have good skills in writing specialized documents (SRS; URD; User Guides ...)
Using software tools (Jira Software, Confluence, Drawing UseCase, diagram using UML and BPMN).
Ability to analyze and build data and information systems.
Have knowledge and skills in UI/UX tools (Figma, DrawIO, Visio).
Knowledgeable in the field of Information Technology.
Demonstrable experience working with SQL, Python/R, Tableau, Power BI.
Logical thinking, the spirit of learning, and researching documents to improve the level.
Passionate and interested in researching and evaluating solutions for projects.
Ability to read and understand English.
Ability to write test cases and execute tests.
Experience working in an agile environment (e.g. user stories, iterative development, etc.)
It is a plus if you have:
Knowledge about Data Platform, Data Model, Business Analytics using AI/ML.
Knowledge and methods to build a data-driven working environment.
Understand analytics dashboards and reports, can draw business insights, make decisions and develop strategies accordingly.
Good data storytelling and communication skills.
Note:
Contract: 12 months (high ability to extend)
