Responsibilites

• Responsible for business process analysis and sorting of business department IT requirements & needs.
• Ensures an effective and efficient daily support of in scope Applications within the KMA business.
• Work closely with local vendors to complete the implementation and deployment of software projects and solutions and ensure compliance with operational acceptance standards. Work with Anthura B.V. team to advance the deployment of the group's projects in KMA.
• Ensures all in scope Applications within KMA, follow IT support model, methodology and tooling.
• Ensures Application Support Services (Incident, Change, User access, Monitoring) are delivered as per agreed contract scope and Service Level Agreements (SLA's) and manages Application Support Vendors accordingly.
• Cooperate with IT Manager to ensure that the Application Support Services meet Business expectations and that systematic feedback from/to the local Business & stakeholders is regularly collected / provided concerning the reported performance of such Services.
• Aligns with KMA IT standard on standardization and continuous improvements on Support Services Models and Performance.
• Responsible for application system optimization and data security to ensure the stability of the core system.
• Ensures Audit/Risk/Security Compliance (including licensing) of Applications.
• Supports local activities in Application Rationalization and Application Lifecycle project from Anthura B.V., in alignment with KMA IT standard and IT Manager.
• Responsible for application system problems and fault response, diagnosis and processing, problem summary and archiving; responsible for system security and daily maintenance of database servers and application servers.
• Ensures regular updates to the Configuration Management Database, both in terms of completeness and accuracy.
• Participate in IT infrastructure projects and daily management of IT infrastructure according to IT project planning; Participate in the development of company information implementation plans.
• Provide IT technical support and business solutions & software system training to end user

Qualifications

• College or above majoring in computer technology or equivalent by experience.
• More than 5 years of working experience as an IT engineer supporting business solution implementation & IT application operating.
• Hands on experience on Microsoft system software deployment and operation and maintenance management.
• Hands on experience on ITIL operation and maintenance and service management system.
• Hands on experience on external vendor management and IT Services Management in a multi-vendor organization.
• Hands on experience on data analysis and business analysis processes, have ability to translate understanding of the organization's goals and objectives into Applications Support & Development requirements.
• Hands on experience at least one programming language of Java / C # / PHP; familiar with SQL Server, Access database.
• Strong professionalism, strong ability to analyze and solve problems, and a good sense of teamwork.
• Basic English written and verbal communication skill, good interpersonal and networking skills required. Experienced on cooperation with remote teams.
