Mô tả công việc

Role Description:
The IT CAD Engineer will be in charge of all corporate CAD and PLM system. Provide daily operation support for CAD and PLM system and solve user issues. IT CAD Engineer is expected to take lead from technical perspective and provide and technical support. Provide comprehensive technical support to technical department including solution, implement and training on demonstrations.
With the help of HQ IT, introduce and implement applications used in HQ to Vietnam.
Area of Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and operation support of all CAD and PLM system used in Vietnam in Technical Offices.
- Implement faculty training, and conduct key user use PLM and CAD system.
- Resolve user issues, understand design workflow, and helps users to improve the skill of CAD software, PLM.
- Implement new modules or applications to improve productivity (Align/Non-align with Danieli Worldwide standard)
- Provide effective solution that is directed against workflow.

Yêu cầu

Required Knowledge and Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master's Degree of Computer/Electrics/Automation or related major.
- Knowledge of the Mechanical CAD / PLM industry or Manufacturing Engineering, and experience in CAD implementation and application support.
- Experience in providing technical support and product solution is a big plus.
- Familiar with Autodesk MFG products, especially Inventor, Navisworks, Aveva PDMS etc.
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Mature, proactive, creative and accountable.
- Be able to learn more about ERP/Application Support.
- English communication (spoken and written)
- Accept fresh graduated.(Prefer female)
