The Job
The IT Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing IT services to support MiTek Vietnam Services. The role has a key leadership role in owning E2E all infrastructure and networking including Planning, Delivery and Operations and Endpoint support. This role will lead a team of IT professionals, manage budget and resources, and implement IT policies and best practices and collaborate closely with IT Director Vietnam Services to deliver on the scope of this role. This position requires proactive engagement with stakeholders at various levels (including Vietnam Services and Global MiTek Executive) to gather requirements, provide updates, and solicit feedback on project deliverables. The job incumbent must be the voice for VN Services IT and engage Global IT streams as needed to deliver VN Services IT roadmap. The role will have direct impact on the availability of the technology landscape that supports the Vietnam Services business in its day-to-day operations and strategic objective realization.
Roles, Responsibilities & Typical Activities:
- Be the local onshore Cybersecurity representative for the VN Services ELT. Review and work with Global IT in aligning standards, capabilities and compliance across IT Infrastructure, networks and Cybersecurity. Work with Global IT as required to deliver these outcomes
- Lead and manage a cross-functional team of infrastructure and network specialists as well as end point support teams.
- Building budgets - OpEx and CapEx to support the annual spending and IT roadmap development.
- Drive and Own all Matters IT Compliance aligned to Global IT and local VN Services policies and processes.
- Monitor and Review VN Services technology ecosystem to ensure it supports local Operations professional services teams to Deliver to Services Global Customers. Includes provision and maintenance of DR Capability
- Identify projects as needed scoped and resources to deliver initiatives in the scope of responsibility. Define project scopes, objectives, and timelines, and develop comprehensive project plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize team performance, enhance processes, and foster a culture of innovation. Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to delivery. Drive best practices, manage deployment of platform capabilities
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and support to team members to help them grow personally and professionally.
- Flexibility to drive run and attend US MiTek Global meetings in US timezones as relevant.

Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related technology discipline.
- 8+ Years of related progressive experience managing technology required
- 2+ Years of experience managing IT projects and teams, preferably in a digital solutions delivery environment required
- 2+ Years of experience prioritizing competing demands, make sound decisions under pressure, and drive results required
- 2+ Years of experience leading a team and/or projects required
- English proficiency at CEFR B2 level or above is required.
- Be knowledgeable on Incident, Problem, Change their inter-relationships, and implementing local processes to support best practice
- Experience working with and inside Agile delivery environments, planning processes, Scrum delivery concepts
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with solid knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and project management principles.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor technical and cross-functional teams, driving service excellence and business outcomes.
- Persuasion and relationship building to build professional bridges that foster collaboration between MiTek Vietnam Services and Global IT functions.
