IT Director

1. ERP System Implementation & Management
• Manage and operate SAP S/4HANA, ensuring full integration of core business processes across the organization.
• Ensure the ERP system delivers accurate and timely reporting to support management decision-making.
• Oversee Master Data management: maintain data quality and integrity across the entire ERP system.
• Perform other ERP-related tasks as directed by Management and in accordance with Uniben's internal policies.
2. Non-ERP System Implementation & Management
• Deploy and manage all Non-ERP application systems across the organization.
• Manage and develop the Power BI reporting system.
• Oversee IT policies and processes, including facilities, devices, network, storage/server infrastructure, and external vendor relationships.
• Ensure the security and safety of all IT systems company-wide.
• Provide technical support and monitor compliance with IT security policies.
• Perform other Non-ERP-related tasks as directed by Management and in accordance with Uniben's internal policies.
3. Application Development
• Lead the digitalization and transformation of business operations through application development.
• Design and develop internal applications or custom solutions as requested by business units to improve operational efficiency.
• Perform other application development tasks as directed by Management and in accordance with Uniben's internal policies.
4. Other Responsibilities
• Perform other IT-related functions and duties in accordance with Uniben's internal policies and Management's direction.
