Position Summary:
As an IT Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for supporting various IT systems, including network, ERP, and helpdesk services. This position offers the opportunity to work with advanced hardware and software technologies, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.
Job description:
• Manage and support network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of ERP systems for enhanced operational visibility.
• Provide IT Helpdesk support to resolve technical issues for users in a timely manner.
• Oversee the installation and configuration of hardware and software systems.
• Maintain server health and performance, including monitoring and updates.
• Support Manufacturing Execution System (MES) integration and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address IT-related challenges.
• Document and maintain IT processes and procedures for future reference.
• Participate in IT projects to enhance overall company technological capabilities.

Yêu cầu

Requirement:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of network management and security protocols.
• Experience with ERP systems implementation and support.
• Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with server maintenance and management.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
