Timely handling of incidents to ensure the system always operates continuously and efficiently.
Responsible for overseeing the hotel's IT department.
Check the daily operation of the hotel's IT infrastructure system: Opera system, Wifi - Internet network system, magnetic lock system, television, application server, internal switchboard.
During the inspection of the system, if any problem is detected, it would be handled immediately so as not to affect the operation of the hotel.
Provide guidance and support to operate professional software systems for employees of all departments in the hotel: PMS, POS, Accounting system, HR software, ...
Receive feedback on software problems from departmental staff and handle them quickly.
Coordinate and support customers to handle information technology issues.
Make reports or have instructions from superiors.
Perform other tasks as assigned by manager.
