Mô tả công việc
Overall Job Purposes:
• Subject matter expert who applies advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience
• Manage projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision
• Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex
Accountabilities:
• Execute IT infrastructure and systems plans and processes to ensure maximum provision of an efficient system/ network
• Implement and provide technologies such as operating systems, hardware, database, middleware, monitoring and infrastructure applications globally
• Conduct activities to demonstrate, install and commission infrastructure servers and their routine upgrades for products, services and systems
• Provide information on updates, known errors, changes in availability, new facilities, etc.
• Draft roll out schedules and install critical security patches to servers and clients in a timely and efficient manner
• Perform testing, packaging and successfully deploying software/ applications/ processes
• Track and support installation, service, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems at sites by field service and technical support team
• Execute new services and changes to existing services in the production/ development environments
• Suggest enhancements to technical service restorations and troubleshooting procedures for identifying, testing and diagnosing computer system and peripheral equipment faults
• Review product/ equipment performance based on field support data, and recommend modifications or improvements
• Develop an understanding of technical or procedure manuals on behalf of non-technical users and provide routine training in normal usage of systems, products and services
• Act as subject matter expert for other infrastructure services sub-teams for chosen specialty and assist with problem resolution and project completion, as needed
• Streamline and deploy infrastructure standards provided or set by global standards organizations such as ITSS
• Study and resolve issues in day-to-day delivery and implement practices, processes and protocols for IT infrastructure and system focusing on increasing effectiveness and efficiency
Stakeholders:
• Connect with and influence other specialist departments and 3rd parties e.g. external service providers
• May convince others to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches
• Build strong, trusting cross-functional relationships with DHL managers
• Understand customer and key stakeholders interests and concerns and advise direct reports, customers and key stakeholders
• Provide technical guidance to line managers and employees
Management Responsibility
• Individual contributor who may manage two or fewer employees
• May direct the work of other lower level professionals or manage processes and programs
• Coach and review the work of lower level professionals

Skills / Qualifications:
• Communication skills (English), includes spoken and written
• 2-4 years experiences in Desktop, Technical Supports roles
• Good soft skills for business user interaction
• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology (or equivalent)
• Technical expertise in:
- Personal computer set up and preparation for use (hardware and software)
- Courier and imaging scanners
- Other Ground Operations and service centre equipment
- Hardware and software troubleshooting
- IBM/Intel compatible PC hardware
- Microsoft operating systems
- Microsoft Office products
- Experiences in Unix and Linux Operating System
- TCP/IP and other protocols
- Various types of network switching equipment
- Microsoft Mail Clients
- Symantec/ Netbackup software
- MySQL/ SQL Database and Web Services
Working Location: DHL Global Forwarding (Vietnam) Corporation - Head Office - 11th Floor, eTown2 Building, 364 Cong Hoa Street, Tan Binh District, Hochiminh city, Vietnam
