IT Helpdesk Intern

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Provide first-line technical support to internal teams (engineering, product, etc.)
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Amanotes games and platforms
- Diagnose and escalate complex issues to senior engineers
- Document technical procedures and knowledge base articles
- Monitor system performance and identify potential problems
- Assist with the automation of IT processes
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and industry best practices
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting methodologies
- Familiarity with Mac and Windows operating systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
- Passion for gaming (a plus)
