Knowledge of Networking and LAN/WAN systems (Having CCNA certification is a plus)
Know how to use and configure network allocation devices such as Router, Access point, switch...
Know how to use popular online meeting software such as Microsoft Team, Zoom meetings...
Check and fix errors in hardware, IT network
Catch errors like Lan/Wan, mail, basic software...
Knowledge about security
Support staffs and handle errors related to computers, computer networks, software
Manage the use, maintenance and replacement of damaged IT equipment
Operate and administrator the entire network, internal mail
Manage, check and fix problems with camera, computer, printer, timekeeper, phone
Install software and operating system, allocate computers to employees
Be careful, hard-working, have righteous thoughts, do not hesitate to argue to come up with the best solution, save time, effort and cost
Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems in offices and stores

Competitive official salary 14M - 18M, with salary reviews based on work efficiency and leader evaluations.
College/ University & related certification.
At least 02 year or more of experience related to hardware, network.
Clear and fluent voice with no regional characteristics, demonstrating confident communication skills.
Knowledge of computer hardware, server, networking, including setting up routers, modems, and reserved IPs.
Positive thinking, Proactive/ Creative
Know how to arrange and work scientifically, capable of system analysis / design
Communication skills, orientation and situation solving
Skills to capture and master new technologies
Ability to work independently / in groups
Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude, self-discipline, and proactive work approach.
Experience in IT support in sales units is an advantage.
Young, modern, and comfortable working environment.
