Mô tả công việc
IT support tasks:
- Internet management (firewall, network equipment, ...)
- Manage internal server systems and equipment
Be trained to support SRE tasks namely: working with AWS services (EC2, Opsworks, RDS, S3, ES, Lambda,...); prepare and maintain documentation of systems, standards, configurations, and procedures.

Yêu cầu công việc
The best-fit candidates will own:
Minimum of 06 months experience in an IT support role, preferably in a small to mid-sized company
Have knowledge and basic skills in Linux (especially Ubuntu/ Amazon Linux)
Have a background in networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc)
Have good communication skills
Be a team player who has good responsibility and good problem-solving skills
Be able to communicate, read and write in English (especially in writing and reading technical documents)
Nice to have:
Proficient in one or more scripting/programming languages
Understanding of SRE philosophies
Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodology
