Mô tả công việc
Receive and handle customer requests related to IT systems.
Provide technical support remotely and on-site at customer locations.
Troubleshoot hardware issues and recommend component upgrades or replacements when necessary.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to office applications and software, including Microsoft Office, design tools, and accounting software.
Deploy basic IT infrastructure, including network cabling and installation of switches, NAS, UPS, Wi-Fi, fingerprint scanners, cameras, and PBX systems.
Update daily task results in the ticketing system and submit regular reports as required by the Team Leader.
Yêu cầu
University degree in Information Technology.
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience.
Basic knowledge of server infrastructure, IT systems, software installation, and office applications.
Good communication skills and proficiency in English.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Honest, enthusiastic, responsible, proactive, and eager to learn.
