As our company scales, we are establishing a dedicated IT function to support daily demand for
IT support. We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and reliable IT Maintenance Support person to take ownership of day-to-day IT operations, network health, and technical support for a fleet of 55+ workstations. This role reports directly to the General Director and requires absolute confidentiality, technical problem-solving, and basic English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
• New hardware installation: Configure and set up new computers upon arrival.
• System & Software Management: Ensure all company workstations run the latest Windows updates. Oversee the deployment and version control of operational software.
• Access Control & Collaboration: Manage Microsoft Teams environments setup and internal communication systems.
• Cybersecurity & Compliance: Strictly enforce corporate password protections on all devices and conduct routine audits.
• Network Documentation & Planning: Fully discover, map, and document the company's current network architecture. Establish a forward-looking routine maintenance and upgrade schedule.
• User Support: Provide day-to-day technical support to employees, resolving software, hardware, and access anomalies promptly.
• Physical Infrastructure Care: Handle the physical cleaning and preventive maintenance of computer hardware. Support the moving and setup of hardware as business needs shift.
• Strategic Improvement: Proactively advise on future network design optimizations, infrastructure scaling, and potential technical safety improvements.
Operational Scope: Our company currently maintains a functional, highly straightforward, and basic network setup. This role focuses heavily on maintaining operational stability and executing essential day-to-day IT upkeep rather than complex enterprise systems engineering.
• Nature of Work: A significant portion of this position involves handling repetitive, routine tasks-such as updating software versions, managing user permissions, cleaning workstations, and conducting regular compliance audits-to ensure our hardware fleet runs smoothly.
• Experience: 2 to 4 years of professional experience in technical support or IT administration. We are looking for an early-to-mid-career professional; candidates with extensive corporate backgrounds or highly advanced network certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA/CCNP) will be considered overqualified for our current structural needs.
• Communication: Basic English communication skills is required.
• Confidentiality: Proven capability to handle sensitive data, administrative access, credentials, and executive information with strict, absolute confidentiality.
