What You'll Do
IT Strategy & Leadership
Develop and execute the company's IT strategy and roadmap.
Align IT initiatives with business goals and growth plans.
Manage IT budgets, resources, policies, and standards.
Identify and implement technologies that improve efficiency, security, and scalability.
Team & Project Management
Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team.
Set priorities, objectives, and performance standards.
Manage IT projects from planning through successful delivery.
Drive continuous improvement across IT operations.
Infrastructure & IT Operations
Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, cloud environments, and business-critical systems.
Ensure high availability, reliability, performance, and security.
Manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
Troubleshoot and resolve critical technical issues when required.
Cybersecurity & Compliance
Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies and controls.
Identify vulnerabilities and coordinate remediation.
Manage access control, security monitoring, and data protection.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
Hardware & Software Management
Manage procurement and lifecycle of laptops, computers, networking equipment, and other IT assets.
Maintain hardware standards and accurate asset inventories.
Manage company software accounts, SaaS subscriptions, licenses, and user access.
Monitor renewals and ensure uninterrupted access to critical services.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers, and technology partners.
Evaluate solutions and negotiate contracts and service agreements.
Work closely with internal teams to understand technology needs and support business initiatives.
Requirement
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in IT leadership / IT management, ideally within a growing technology organization.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, and IT operations.
Experience managing IT teams, projects, budgets, vendors, and third-party providers.
Strong understanding of hardware lifecycle, software licensing, SaaS management, and IT asset management.
Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent English - both written and spoken - is mandatory.
Comfortable balancing strategic responsibilities with hands-on technical work.
Nice to Have
Experience with ITIL, COBIT, or other IT governance frameworks.
Knowledge of automation, monitoring, asset management, and DevOps tools.
Experience in fintech, or other fast-paced technology environments.
Experience building or scaling an IT function from the ground up.
