Be authorized by the Hotel Academy Management to operate Information Technology system.
Advise to the Board of Director on design equipment, investment in the Development of Information Technology System to meet work's demand for relevant department.
Design company's networks as required.
Manage and operate all servers, operations, network systems and broadcasting transmission signals, cameras.
Setting up and programming magnetic key, safety box.
Manage, follow and upgrade systems when the new firmware used.
Overcome data-line problems, signal congestion.
Supervise data in and out operation at the company. Implement the policies of network and data
security.
In charge of the security plans, ensuring the security of the network and the Company's data
Set up system to prevent all dangerous actions from virus, backdoor, malware etc...
Researching new software applications and applying into the system in order to increase effective working of all departments, as well as training staffs the new applications.
Assign IT staffs to do work as plans, functions and required tasks.
Coordinate and support other departments.
Report directly to the Management about network situations as required or any problems in operating procedures.
In charge of managing online learning materials library; in charge of student data management.
Perform other duties which are assigned by the Hotel Academy Management from time to time.
