Mô tả Công việc
- Maintain organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining and delivering strategic plans for implementing information technologies;
- Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, upgrades, and the support of all IT infrastructure, including servers, PCs, operating systems and software applications to ensure the company's continuing business operation and ensuring the good functioning of all this;
- Develop an IT system that has the required capability to be business aligned, identify and deliver technology solutions that realize value;
- Propose software application solutions to adapt to the business needs;
- Review IT security issues to identify root causes and trends and recommend controls to address these issues. Facilitate and conduct IT risk management activities. Ensure the continued availability of IT services to expected service and security levels (develop and architect business continuity, disaster recovery, backup and recovery solutions and plans);
- Minimize business disruption through technical supervision of the IT platforms including the monitoring and proactive management of events and maintenance activities, problem identification and resolution;
- Lead and provide high level advice to the organization in the implementation and application of new technologies that would enable the organization to enhance efficiencies to its current services;
- Establish a culture of accountability and IT service management excellence through effective day to day management of internal technology staff and external service partners that delivers sound business outcomes;
- Oversee the day to day management of the operational budget;
- Maintain IT services procurement, standards, methods, processes and practices that ensure compliance with policy and legislation;
- Develop and manage internal and external business relationships, consulting with appropriate stakeholders to negotiate where systems can be improved or upgraded;
- Define and manage the change management activities to ensure successful deployment of developed information services.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- University graduate majoring in IT or related fields;
- 5+ years' experience in the operation and support of enterprise applications, service management and IT operations;
- At least 3 years at department manager position;
- Experienced leadership of strategic IT operations, internal teams and external service providers;
- High level of skill in managing and implementing sustainable change and executing strategies within diverse teams whilst at the same time managing and implementing appropriate service regimes (support, capacity and performance, security and integration);
- Solid technical experience and skills in IT Security/Network infrastructure/Software Development;
- Good verbal and written communications skills in both Vietnamese and English (English is a must);
- Ability to devise disaster recovery and maintenance plans;
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem resolution skills (MTTR);
- Ability to lead discussions and meetings in an effective manner;
- Work efficiently and effectively as an individual and in a team;
- Understand software development lifecycle and be able to oversee software development projects;
- Good technical knowledge of Virtualization and Cloud Technologies.
- Help in strategic planning for future ERP implementations as well as integration of new software with legacy software
- Help define and lead the usage of new software amongst different departments such as ITSM, SalesForce etc.
