IT Operations Analyst Asia Pacific

• Work hand in hand with country teams supporting them by driving business cases through local interaction and co-ordinate the roll out implementation of technology systems, including communication plan and trainings, to allow in-country teams to operate more efficiently and effectively.
• Current SOPs and process flows will need to be mapped, reviewed and opportunities identified to introduce operational efficiencies.
• In consultation with country operation leaders, develop business cases for new features/functionalities development in IT systems
• Support the development and implementation of SOP's and manuals across the designated region
• Coordinate and project manage local IT functional development work with regional and global initiatives delivering the requirements for our staff, franchisees and customers.
• Oversee the completion and coordination of multiple projects and the maintenance of project documentation in a timely manner, clearly communicating the project outcomes.
• Participate in new product innovations and assess business fit with existing needs.
• Support new system enhancements by conducting relevant testing and analysis for commercial/operational level functionality, liasing with country teams to support a two way dialogue between front end operations and IT support.
• Manage competing deadlines.
• Manage a flexible working day to account for varying time zones.

Essentials:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English both written and spoken
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel) with the ability to create presentations, interpret formulas and develop analysis tools within excel.
• Proficient user of project management and service desk tools such as MS project, Jira or Confluence.
• Experience working across multiple time zones and cultures.
• Excellent Communication skills - verbal, written, and presentation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects for varying stakeholders to achieve set deadlines.
• Reporting and Analytical skills - have the ability to specify management information requirements as well as provide analysis from reports produced.
• Interpersonal skills with a passion for service, attention to detail, energetic, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.

Desirables:

• Experience with process/workflow mapping (using Visio or similar) would be beneficial.
• Experience of collaborative working environments would be desirable (e.g. Smartsheet, OneNote, etc).
• ITIL practices
• Bachelors degree.
• Experience of working in logistics and/or a franchise business would be helpful.
• A formal Project Management qualification is desirable but not essential.
• Experience of supporting e-commerce plugins on app stores
• Ability to travel within Vietnam or internationally if required
