We are looking for an
IT Specialist with experience in warehouse processes, or a highly motivated candidate who is passionate about finding technological solutions for logistics services.
2. Nhiệm vụ chính (Key Responsibilities):
• Vận hành & Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật (IT Support & WMS Maintenance):
- Hỗ trợ khắc phục lỗi phần mềm
quản lý kho (WMS) và các thiết bị phần cứng (Handheld, Barcode Scanner, máy tính, máy in). Resolve software issues within the WMS and troubleshoot hardware (Handhelds, Barcode Scanners, PCs, Printers).
- Quản trị hạ tầng mạng nội bộ: Access Point, Router, Network để đảm bảo kết nối dữ liệu kho hoạt động 24/7. Manage network infrastructure (Access Points, Routers, LAN) to ensure 24/7 stable data connectivity for warehouse operations.
• Tối ưu hóa quy trình (Process Optimization):
- Nghiên cứu, phân tích logic vận hành của WMS để đề xuất các phương án chỉnh sửa, tinh gọn nhằm rút ngắn thời gian vận hành. Analyze WMS operational logic to propose modifications that optimize picking efficiency and shorten operation time.
- Thiết kế, lập trình các Sub-tools (công cụ hỗ trợ) để tự động hóa hoặc tăng tốc độ xử lý hàng hóa. Design and develop sub-tools to automate manual tasks and accelerate cargo handling processes.
• Quản lý đối tác & Dự án (Vendor & Project Management):
- Làm việc trực tiếp với nhà cung cấp phần mềm (Vendor) để yêu cầu chỉnh sửa, cập nhật hoặc vá lỗi hệ thống. Collaborate with software vendors to request system updates, bug fixes, or functionality enhancements.
- Tham gia vào các dự án chuyển đổi số hoặc nâng cấp hệ thống quản lý tại kho của công ty. Participate in digital transformation projects or system upgrades at the warehouse.
• Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Công nghệ thông tin, Khoa học máy tính hoặc các ngành liên quan. Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Kinh nghiệm từ 1-2 năm trở lên tại các vị trí IT Support/Solution trong lĩnh vực Logistics, Kho bãi hoặc sản xuất là một lợi thế. At least 1-2 years of experience in IT Support/Solution roles, preferably in Logistics, Warehousing or Manufacturing.
• Kỹ năng kỹ thuật (Technical Skills):
+ Am hiểu về WMS, SQL (để truy vấn dữ liệu), Excel nâng cao (VBA/Macro) Proficiency in WMS, SQL (for data querying), and Advanced Excel (VBA/Macro).
+ Có kiến thức về hạ tầng mạng (Network, Wi-Fi, LAN, Access Point) Solid understanding of network infrastructure (Network, Wi-Fi, LAN, Access Points).
• Kỹ năng tư duy (Soft Skills):
+ Analytical mindset, algorithmic thinking ability to optimize workflows and picking routes.
+ Chủ động, có khả năng giao tiếp tốt để làm việc với đội ngũ vận hành kho và các đối tác bên ngoài. Proactive, excellent communication skills to work effectively with warehouse operations staff and external partners.
• Sẵn sàng đi công tác (trong nước và nước ngoài) để hỗ trợ vận hành hệ thống tại các chi nhánh kho bãi khác của công ty hoặc tham gia các khóa đào tạo công nghệ khi cần thiết. Willingness to travel (domestically and internationally) to support operations at other warehouse branches or participate in technical training when necessary.
