IT Planning & Governance AnalystSumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC)

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
• Support IT Planning and Governance Team Lead for processing team activities, enabling the alignment of business and technology overseeing IT Governance involving IT compliance, value delivery, risk management, budget management, and system development process management.
• Maintain and enhance procedures to assess the integration and interoperability of IT processes such as problem/incident management, change management, IT asset management, etc....
• Write / Update procedure manuals/ work instructions for the department as appropriate and relevant.
• In charge to monitor the compliance of local regulation (e.g. SBV Circular 09) and HO/Regional rules/policies.
• Set up effective IT monitoring and controlling practices required for internal control, resources optimization and increase IT processes effectiveness.
• Monitor and plan for budget utilizing, incorporate with relevant stakeholders to plan for annual IT budget.
• Monitor and manage vendors, including vendor's quotation, vendor screening, contracting, payment process, delivery, SLA, etc.
• Coordination for audit both internal/external with relevant Dept.
• Support to conduct regular/periodic Disaster Recovery (DR) drills to ensure readiness of regulatory infrastructure in DR site.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to control user access matrix (system authority matrix)
