Mô tả công việc

Responsibilities
Manage procurement and admin tasks of IT department
Proceed purchase requests from IT request system
Manage IT inventory
Support daily IT tasks (proceed welcome newcomers, basic IT troubleshooting, remote support...)
Be a part of the team to implement IT projects
Working in a active and high tech environment

Yêu cầu

Qualifications
Bachelor Degree or College Degree in Information Technology, Logistic or equivalent.
1+ year experience as a procurement assistant or related position
Have experience in inventory management, understanding of business process (proposal, payment request, asset management)
Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, purchasing, procedure policy, and systems
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
Good at teamwork, communication, logical thinking and problem solving skills.
Have basic knowledge of Computer Networking, Computer System
Nice to have
Experienced in IT ticket systems and troubleshooting on basic issues (Hardware, Software)
