Mô tả công việc

We are looking for a technically savvy person for our Product Owner role to make things happen together. You will be joining a young and passionate team, to develop cool new products which will have a large impact on businesses and customers.
The product owner is an important role in connecting Users with the Engineer team. You will be in charge of everything about the product since it's an idea till it launches into production. Follow it, enhance it, make users happy, do metrics calculations to prove your product is the best.
Define the Product strategy and roadmap
Analyze the operation process to provide solutions for the system.
Translate product features into detailed requirements and prototypes, then prioritize based on business impact.
Manage multiple products, with responsibility for ensuring that deliverables are understood and releases are delivered on time.
Experience producing wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user interaction diagrams
Support UAT in testing, and verifying bugs/issues.
Monitoring products & tracking new features, analyzing what features need to be improved

Yêu cầu

Have a solid education background in software development or a related technical discipline
Minimum of 3 years experience as a Product Owner / Product Management role
Experience producing wireframes, prototypes, and user interaction diagrams
Able to use mockup software (i.e. Figma, Balsamiq, Adobe XD) to design UX/UI, layout and navigation flows. Working experience with a design system is a plus
Self-starter who is energetic & enthusiastic, confident, adaptable & customer-oriented
Communicate with impact: able to explain complex problems in one or two sentences
Attention to detail and a never-satisfying attitude: able to pick out small discrepancies in layout design and propose solutions
Simple approach: always find the simplest solutions
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a cross-functional team
Fortitude to remain calm and react appropriately in high-pressure situations
Experience with Confluence, JIRA, and/or other productivity tools a plus
Strong analytical skills, communication skills & teamwork
English fluency and good communication

Working time: Monday - Friday (Saturday + Sunday break)
13th-month salary.
