1. Project Planning/Management:
Collaborate with project stakeholders and corresponding personnel or vendors to define the project scope.
Responsible for planning, executing, monitoring & controlling, and closing projects across multiple stakeholders; developing analyses to support process and project improvements.
Manage and coordinate projects through all phases of initiation, development, and implementation.
Work with the business to define and manage the scope, strategy, requirements, and implementation of projects.
Ensure that assigned projects are completed within budget and schedule while meeting business objectives.
2. Quality & Risk Management:
Ensure project delivery meets quality standards set by stakeholders/users.
Ensure project delivery adheres to international quality standards.
Identify project risks and develop resolutions for potential risks.
Communicate effectively with the project committee, stakeholders, and key users regarding any potential project risks.
Execute resolutions as required.
3. Users & Vendor Management:
Engage with key users/stakeholders to ensure user requirements are fully implemented in the project.
Prepare regular, clear, and accurate executive summaries for stakeholders and key users to understand project status.
Ensure stakeholders/key users are fully aware of project progress.
Manage vendor engagement from selection and bidding to negotiation.
Ensure vendors are fully aware of project requirements and deliverables that meet user needs.
Closely monitor vendor implementation according to the project schedule.
Negotiate optimal costs with vendors for implementation.
Ensure vendors follow the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with proper testing of deliverables.
4. Change request Control:
Regularly communicate with users to identify any changes in requirements.
Properly reflect changes to vendors and assess their impact on project delivery and costs.
Communicate changes to the project committee regarding schedule and cost implications due to requirement changes. Obtain consent from the project committee for applying changes.

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Economics.
Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or related roles.
Experience in identifying, analyzing, and managing project risks on large, complex projects.
Experience in forecasting, resource capacity planning, and budget performance reporting.
Experience in defining project management standards and auditing projects for compliance.
Extensive business analysis experience in deriving project requirements.
Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
