• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop project scopes and objectives with stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop detailed project plans to track progress.
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation..
Yêu cầu
Minimum 7 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in an outsourcing or global delivery environment.
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Experience and knowledge for warehouse Automobile industory (especially DMS and CRM system)
Experience in handling project budgets, timelines, and quality metrics.
Deep understanding of IT outsourcing models, service delivery, and client engagement.
Strong project management skills with proven experience in managing large-scale, complex projects.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
Experience for working with Europe, Japanese client is a bonus
