IT Project Manager

Your responsibilities will include

• Understand the project specifications and ensure they are met in the deliverables the development team is providing.
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings.
• Communicate with the development team members and stakeholders to clarify project requirements, responsibilities and timelines.
• Monitor progress, manage project schedules to assure all commitments to stakeholders are met.
• Provide project updates/reports on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about project status(es).
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain communication with upper management and escalate changes or issues accordingly, within the assigned level of authority.

To be successful in this role, you must have

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Business, or in a related field.
• 3+ years of project management and related experience.
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects/responsibilities.
• Proven ability to interact well with people at all levels within and outside the organization.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work across functional teams regionally/globally, managing conflicts, escalations, negotiating compromise and influencing others.

Besides that,

• Advanced English level.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft tools, Jira.

The following is considered highly advantageous

• Extensive experience in roles as commercial and/or technical project manager.
• Experience in the e-gaming environment and/or software product management.
• PMP/Scrum certification is a plus.
