IT Project Manager

Responsibilities
1. Technical:
• Programming and developing web / service applications, desktop, winform
• Directly write the source code and perform Unit tests of production according to design documents from the BA team;
• Create detailed designs and write technical documents as required;
2. Manage project
• Development projects or Rollout/ implementation projects
• Involve in evaluation and analysis activities prior to project initiation
• Perform project management activities within the organization and leading the project team to achieve project objectives.
• Negotiate and reach agreement with customers about project stages, fee, acceptance criteria for each stage
• Define roles and responsibilities of each member of the project
• Control the scope of work in the project
• Manage arising requests
• Develop plans to control the handover quality of the project
• Develop plans to prevent and overcome risks that may occur during the project implementation process
• Supervise and push project members to work on schedule
• Review and re-evaluate the project plan
• Evaluate the results of the project participants
3. Manage IT helpdesk:
• Manage IT daily helpdesk for supporting end-users in company related to PC, Windows, LAN, telephones, WAN, ...
• Manage and monitor server and interfaced sub-systems to make sure they are running safely and smoothly.
• Ensure appropriate IT security policies and practices are under controlling well.
• To ensure the database is under security protection.
• Advice for BOD the IT policy to prevent the loss of data or property assets.
