Sourcing suitable candidates based on requirements for non-technical and technical candidates
Prepare candidate pools/database to adapt with annual recruitment needs of respective functions
Be actively involved in communication with candidates during the recruitment process
Proactively promote the company's work environment and career opportunities on social media and other networks (LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, etc.)
Support the successful recruitment and onboarding of new staff and responsible for full employee lifecycle
Support various key HR projects
Follow up outsourced staff
Collaborate in the development of active hiring approaches using headhunting methods to enhance team efficiency on the matter
Conduct surveys and update the recruitment status in the market
