Work closely with Hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for each position;
Handle full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening CV, conducting the interview sorting the candidates to fill the opening IT positions;
Define and implement recruitment strategies for short and long term;
Promote company's reputation and attract suitable candidates through candidate databases, social networks, job fair activities, etc;
Execute onboarding and offboarding process;
Collaborate with other networks such as recruitment companies or services, universities, coding schools to get talented candidates.
Yêu cầu
1+ year of experience in IT recruitment, experience at headhunting firms is a plus.
Solid knowledge of IT roles, skills, and technologies.
Dynamic, extroverted, and highly active on social networks and professional platforms.
Excellent communication skills with a confident and professional demeanor.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
