Mô tả công việc
Obtain quotation information from suppliers, prepare quotations, and discuss pricing details with clients.
Collaborate with suppliers and communicate with clients to carry out sales, installation, construction, maintenance, and other related tasks.
Holds weekly project status meetings for all project stakeholders.
May facilitate and schedule executive meetings between two companies for project review and updates.
Creates Project Plans and keeps project plan and all project documentation up to date and accurate for timely reporting and visibility for internal and customer stakeholders.
Manages all issues throughout the project, coordinates with other teams to make sure all issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Create and present project status reports as required for Leadership.
Ensure accurate project time tracking and milestones as required for project billing.
Other tasks/ projects assigned by COO/PD.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in economics, BA, Linguistics, or related fields.
Proficient in English or Chinese communication (Chinese is preferred).
Minimum 03 years of experience in a similar position.
Well-versed in using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Time management skills; Coordination skills.
Able to work independently as well as work in a team.
Quick learner.
Project management, and production planning knowledge is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure, overtime, and go on a business trip if required.
Proficient in English or Chinese communication (Chinese is preferred).
Minimum 03 years of experience in a similar position.
