IT Security GRC Leader

The position's primary role is to support to ensure proper management of governance, risks, compliance, quality assurance, and implementation of security initiatives for SmartPay.

• Implement and support all stakeholders on security controls, risk assessment framework, and program that aligns with regulatory requirements, such as PCI DSS and State Bank of Vietnam circulars.
• Ensuring documented and sustainable compliance that aligns with and advances SmartPay business objectives.
• Implement Governance Risk Compliance processes to automate and continuously monitor information security controls, exceptions, risks, and testing to develop reporting metrics, dashboards, and evidence artifacts.
• Operation of related security compliance monitoring, internal/external audit management
• Ensure risk management oversight is understood, managed appropriately, and current with applicable standards, guidelines, and applicable regulations.
• Liaise with all departments to identify, track and provide remediation guidance for new projects, services, and/or third-party contracts.
• Lead information security awareness, training, and educational activities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Develop & maintain inventory of the information maps, data, systems, and owners.
• Identify new security issues by staying up-to-date on current security trends.

• University degree, major in IT or related technical areas.
• Certification in security is a plus.
• Work in the big 4 professional service firms is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience.
• Experience in similar positions in banks/ financial service companies.
• Develop and implement enterprise governance, risk, and compliance plan with solutions.
• Effectively communicate technical issues to diverse audiences, both in writing and verbally.
• Use judgment and ingenuity in maintaining objectives and technical standards.
• Apply a risk-based approach to planning, executing, and reporting on audit engagements and auditing processes.
