IT Security Project Manager - CG Quản lí dự án - TA165

Project Manager tasks:
Be responsible to CISO, CIO, PSC for the timeline and quality of project/initiatives assigned
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate techniques in accordance to the bank's project management methodology
Resource Management as per pre-agreement with members and aligned with project charter, project plan
Ensure compliance of project activities with internal regulation as well as other applicable regulations for assigned projects
Manage communication within the projects.
Control project risk management within the projects
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Be able to handle multiple projects at the same time
Leadership tasks:
Be a strong leadership manager to coordinate different stakeholders/ teams to deliver the security project
Delivery- driven to complete the project on time to improve the bank security posture
Work closely and effectively with upper management level to get their support on project delivery
Be able to manage a cross-functions team with diverse knowledge of technical matters to deliver the project
Be able to handle and resolve quickly and effectively difficult project issues.
Reporting & Administration tasks:
Regularly report to CISO, CIO, PSC regarding progress and the implementation of project, timely request for decisions
Be able to prepare presentation at professional level to report to different audiences (BOD, C level, Business team, Technical team, IT team, Risk team).
1 .Trình độ đào tạo / Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT, cryptography, computer science, information systems, business administration or related field
Project Management, IT Security certification preferred
2. Kiến thức/ Chuyên môn cần/ Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise
Knowledge of Information Security: network security, operating system security, application security and viruses/malware
Knowledge of international security standards, good orientation towards technology, broad understanding of different technologies and services.
Knowledge of security frameworks: ISO 27001, PCI DSS, ITIL...
Expert knowledge of project management skills
Knowledge and skills in planning and implementing plans, budgeting and management
Knowledge and skills in human resource management, goal setting, and effective work management

Good for English language

Professional technical report writing skills
Good communication, interaction, presentation, and reporting skills
