We are looking for an IT Service Specialist to focus on supporting our colleagues in LEGO Manufacturing Vietnam factory.

* Internal Job Title: Tech Service Specialist
Core Responsibilities:
• Advanced hardware troubleshooting: knowledge of computer hardware components, diagnostics tools, and advanced troubleshooting techniques to resolve complex hardware issues.
• Operating systems: Proficiency in various operating systems such as Windows and macOS, including advanced configuration, system optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Software applications: Knowledge of O365 and its components. Being able to create simple Low Code/No Code solutions. Understand main concepts of APIs.
• Networking: Advanced knowledge of network architecture, protocols, routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, and other network technologies to troubleshoot complex network issues.
• ITSM knowledge: Active knowledge of ITIL and Agile.
• Security awareness: Expertise in IT security practices, including vulnerability assessment, threat detection, incident response, and implementing security controls.
• Mobile devices: Familiarity with mobile operating systems (iOS, Android), basic troubleshooting, and configuration of mobile devices (smartphones, tablets).
• Remote support: Ability to provide remote assistance to end users using remote desktop tools or other remote support software.
• Cloud computing: Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and experience in managing cloud resources.
• Project management: Basic understanding of project management principles and experience in participating in IT projects, including planning, execution, and documentation.

Do you have what it takes?
• Major in Computer Science or similar is preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of ITSM and IT infrastructure concepts.
• Expertise on one or more specific IT technical areas such as Active Directory, Microsoft Server environment, networking, ITIL or automation.
• At least 5 years of experience in the Information Technology field providing technical support to hardware and software.
• Data analytics and presentation documents skills.
• An outstanding service-oriented mindset.
• Open communication and international collaboration.
• Experience in manufacturing PC environment.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure including structured cabling.
• Managing systems access to different level of data
• Data classification and confidentiality are critical.
• Good command of English
