Description
As a Support Engineer, you will work with different systems, software, and hardware, providing desktop and application support in accordance with policies & FedEx Dataworks procedures.
What You'll be doing:
Manage a large number of requests and prioritize effectively;
Work across time zones with team members;
Provide first and second level desktop and application support to employees;
Manage IT issues related to Employee's onboarding and offboarding while providing support to office networking and hardware;
In cooperation with the supervisor/ manager, run own projects & initiatives related to IT administration;
Automation of manual tasks;
Testing, analyzing and creating documentation.
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems or related field and/or equivalent formal training or work experience;
Two to Four (2-4) years' work experience in IT support & administration role
Experience with an Office365 environment, CISCO meeting rooms ;
Experience with troubleshooting and replacing Apple, Dell, and Microsoft hardware parts;
Experience with remote assistance tools;
Experience with writing scripts in Python;
English & Polish languages: speaking and writing;
Understanding of ITIL framework/methodology;
Background knowledge of operating systems including Microsoft Windows and macOS environments.
