Salary: Base salary up to 28,000,000vnd + 500,000 allowance
Job Description:
- The Employee's main job responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to duties as set forth as below:
- Responding to employees' issues, in-person, by email, phone, and chat app;
- Maintaining and troubleshooting PCs, printers, servers, and related equipment (mice, keyboards, monitors, etc.);
- Identifying and escalating situations requiring urgent attention;
- Interacting with users in office and shop floor environments to identify and resolve issues;
- Managing Helpdesk tickets in a timely manner and escalating as needed;
- New Hire Setup (Active Directory, ERP access, facility access card, equipment setup);
- Training users on business applications;
- Writing and editing training and procedure documentation;
- Working with users on-site and at remote facilities;
- Performing remote work after office hours as needed;
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics AX is bonus;
- System and network administration experience is a bonus.
- Familiar with Azure AD, Intune;
- Supporting users with Microsoft 365 E5 and Windows 10/11;
- Knowledge of Powerapp, Powerautomate, Sharepoint are preferable.
- Experienced with Label printing software like
Bartender.
