I. Overview of Position
Point Avenue is looking for IT Support. As our IT support, he/she will be responsible for managing mostly IT/Administration-related tasks for the team to oversee the organizations' computer systems, upgrade and install new hardware and software, and perform troubleshooting. He/she also supports the centre's operation. To be successful, he/she must be a competent professional with excellent English and Vietnamese writing and oratory skills, along with the ability to maintain intranet systems and networks.
II. Working Schedule:
- 5 days per week with 2 days off on Monday and Thursday
- 9 hours per day includes 1 hour for a lunch break
13:00 to 21:00 on weekdays.
8:30 to 19:00 on weekend
III. Responsibilities and Duties
1, IT management and maintenance: (45%)
- Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware,...
- Upgrade, install and configure new hardware and software
- Implement security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
- Develop and execute disaster procedures, and maintain data backups
2, Logistical management: (30%)
- Keep track of necessary items for the entire centre, including office and cleaning supplies.
- Prepare cost analysis reports and analyze vendors to ensure they offer the best possible service and value for company needs
3. Administration: (15%)
- Assist parents and students with needs, greet and escort guests, work on phone lines
- Conduct daily inspections of office cleanliness and maintenance
4, Other tasks assigned by supervisor (10%)
