Mô tả công việc
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to employees and customers in-person, via phone, or email.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to computer systems, software, and networks.
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
Create and maintain user accounts and access privileges.
Manage Slack, Google Workspace, JumpCloud, and Github Enterprise accounts.
Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
Conduct training sessions on various software applications and hardware systems.
Monitor and maintain IT inventory and ensure that all IT assets are secure.

Yêu cầu
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
1+ years of experience in technical support or related field is a plus.
Knowledge of various computer systems, software, and networks.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Detail-oriented and ability to multitask.
Familiarity with Ubuntu, Windows and Mac operating systems.
Understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and routers.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
1+ years of experience in technical support or related field is a plus.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Detail-oriented and ability to multitask.

Salary & working contract:
• Probation for 2 months, salary agreement
• Attractive salary depending on capacity and work experience
