What you will be doing
Technical support and troubleshooting
Support the installation, configuration and troubleshooting of computers, laptops, software, printers, networks and IT devices.
Receive, handle and follow up on IT Support requests from employees, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Perform periodic inspection and maintenance of IT equipment and support the handling of network, Wi-Fi and LAN issues in the office.
Onboarding/Offboarding and IT asset management
Support IT Onboarding/Offboarding: prepare, hand over and set up devices and accounts for new employees; retrieve them when employees leave.
Manage and update IT Assets: laptops, PCs, monitors, network devices, accessories and other IT assets.
Account and access management
Support the management of user accounts, email and access rights for internal systems/software according to assigned permissions.
Coordination and other tasks
Coordinate with IT vendors/service providers to handle issues that require in-depth support.
Perform other IT tasks according to operational needs and assignments from the manager.
Requirements
Experience
At least 1 year of experience in an IT Support,
IT Helpdesk, IT Technician or equivalent position.
Experience supporting Windows, computers, peripheral devices and internal networks.
Knowledge and skills
Practical knowledge of hardware, software, network and troubleshooting.
Ability to handle problems, identify root causes and propose suitable solutions.
Ability to manage multiple requests at the same time and coordinate well with other departments.
Attitude
A service-oriented mindset, patience and proactiveness in supporting users.
Preferred
Candidates with experience in a Technology / Software / Gaming environment are preferred.
