- Work with teams to understand business needs and design system integration solutions.
- Build and maintain data flows between systems using APIs, middleware, or other tools.
- Support testing and deployment of integration features across platforms.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure smooth data exchange.
- Document integration processes and suggest improvements for better performance.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, preferably in roles such as IT System Supervisor, Technical Consultant,
Business Analyst, or similar positions.
- Integration Standards: Strong understanding of system integration standards (API, EDIFACT, ANSI X12, JSON) and XML file structures.
- Data Analysis: Proficiency in SQL queries for data analysis and manipulation.
- Integration Tools: Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, SAP PI/PO, or similar) and system configuration.
- Logistics Knowledge: Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics processes, particularly in transport operations (eg. Transport, warehouse, order management system).
- Analytical Skills: Strong logical thinking to effectively map complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Collaboration Tools: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Visio, and collaboration platforms (e.g., MS Teams)
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Logistics, or related fields
