Receive and respond to IT support requests for hardware, software issue from users promptly.
Troubleshoot hardware, software issue, and network issues.
Setting Up New Users and Access: Creating user accounts, granting access to the intranet, and managing permissions. Prepare and setup computer for new employee. Install and configure hardware and software components.
Repair or replace damaged computer hardware.
Manage IT asset (laptops, desktops). Monthly report to manager the current state of IT asset & propose solution to improve IT asset quality and performance.
Monitor and maintain IT hardware & system and report to IT Manager immediately when issue happen. Proactively suggest to IT Manager solutions to fix future system/network issue or suggest systems/network upgrade with reasonable cost.
Maintaining and managing file servers, active directory, update management system and orther company systems.
Operating backup solutions to safeguard data and ensuring disaster recovery plans are in place.
Managing servers, including installation, configuration, maintenance and regularly applying software patches & updates to maintain system security.
Maintaining accurate records, documenting procedures, and creating system manuals.
Utilizing monitoring tools to track system performance and identity issues.
Providing training to employees on systems usage and best practices.
Set up, fix camera, access system issue together with others IT colleagues.
