- Support installation, repair of networking, CCTV and monitor functionality on a daily basis
- Fully in charge of set up, maintenance and fixing the internet system (internal and external)
- Ensure the CCTV always operate smoothly and fixing it when have the problems
- Solve all problems related to computers, wireless/cable Internet, phone line in the hostel
- Setup all the printers, computers, laptops, tablets for all departments in the property
- Checking and maintenance of all the computers, laptops, printers, tablets etc. following the suitable designed schedule for each department in one hostel
- Support hostel staff with software and hardware when required
- Setup, fixing the Pos machine, cash machine, internet line, phone line at all departments
- Support setup, fixing, checking the audio systems at Bar & Restaurants and at all operation working areas in a hostel
- Support set up and fixing door lock system, time attendance/Biometric machine
- Taking care of all technical equipment in a hostel to support the daily operation in all departments.
- In charge of all extra electronic/technical equipment which may be required in some special unusual events in a hostel
- Support maintenance team in some specific duties which are assigned by the Hostel Management team
- Actively looking for ideas to improve the operation of hostel IT systems
- Receive the notifications about all technical issues from all departments; communicate/report as soon as possible to the upper manager and take actions straight away to recover all mistakes or wrong functions.
- Responsible for some extra daily basis related to electronic/technical matters within a hostel following the requests from the hostel management team
