Contact to internet provider to get support, guidance, or information when there are technical incident the internet connection. Recorded all of incident by the fault of the ISP to compare payments if we have the request.
Implement to install computer, software and application program and at the same time instruction for new staff to use.
Implement to install additional application programs if requested and approved from superior as well as instruct them to use.
Implement to install desk phone, setting & programming internal telephone as well as the orientation for the phone calls.
Contact and coordinate with global to set-up the system in compatible system to Epicor work
Implement and set-up officer network and server.
Problem solving orientation
Communicate with IT group to have direction on the allowance software installation and strictly following company IT policy.
