Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Translate relevant documents and provide verbal interpretation between Japanese, Vietnamese, and English;
• Support internal communication between the Japan Desk and professional teams in managing recurring clients;
• Carry out general administrative and secretarial duties as and when required;
• Assist
Assistant Manager with certain bookkeeping and financial reporting tasks;
• Handle invoice filing, invoice verification, invoice issuance, and preparation of payment request forms;
• Review expense reimbursements in accordance with client policies and Japan's Invoice System requirements;
