Act as a bridge between Japanese clients and the development team in Vietnam, ensuring clear, accurate, and timely communication.
Support Leader or
Project Managers in monitoring project progress, handling tasks, and resolving communication issues.
Provide regular updates, consultation, and progress reports to clients throughout the product development lifecycle.
Handle translation of documents such as orders, specifications, feedback, and Q&A sessions between JP-VN teams.
Proactively coordinate communications for small tasks or support larger projects, including independently managing simple timelines.
Participate in training activities, support team development, and contribute to building a strong company culture as assigned by direct managers.
BA degree in Japanese or JLPT N2 certificate or higher.
Minimum 2 years experience as BrSE or related role.\
Strong Japanese verbal and written communication skills.
Basic project coordination and schedule monitoring abilities.
Strong skills in analyzing business and system requirements.
Good understanding of software development fundamentals.
Proactive, able to work under pressure, and customer-oriented.
Experience in translating technical documents (e.g., specifications, orders, feedback) and facilitating Q&A between Japanese and Vietnamese teams
