- Develop, execute and monitor marketing & sales activities for services of company, including:
Creating potential client's database and approaching Japanese clients for sales through telephone or email.
Meeting with client.
Designing training plan based on client's requests and creating training proposal that suits
clients' needs.
Following prospects via telephone or email and negotiate and make contract with client.
Creating training materials when required.
Performing the service and follow all activities after sales.
- Quality control of all services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop, execute & monitor new services. Seeking new customers, develop client database.
- Perform other duties assigned by the company.
