Interpreter Task (60%)
• Provide verbal and written interpretation between Japanese and Vietnamese during meetings, conferences, phone calls, and business discussions.
• Translate documents, emails, contracts, and other business communications from Japanese to Vietnamese and vice versa with high.
• Assist in real-time communication with Japanese-speaking clients, suppliers, and internal teams as needed.
Purchasing & Reporting Task (40%)
• Support the purchasing department in sourcing materials, products, and services from Japanese suppliers.
• Coordinate and monitor purchase orders, ensuring timely deliveries and addressing any discrepancies in orders.
• Prepare regular purchasing reports, summarizing supplier performance. Assist in planning tasks related to procurement.
Other tasks will be assigned by Manager and AGM
• Bachelor's degree in Japanese Language or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in Japanese interpretation, preferably in a business or corporate setting.
• Good Japanese skill (prefer N2 and above)
• Experience in Purchasing / Planning is preferred.
• Experience in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and documentation.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
