Collaborate with the Korea
Project Manager and local Team Leader to manage projects, control issues, and ensure smooth communication across teams.
Develop, test, and fix bugs based on design documents from Korea HQ.
Comply with company coding standards and best practices.
Utilize GitHub Copilot and other AI-assisted tools to improve coding efficiency and quality.
Work closely with the Team Leader to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
Participate in training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Java and Spring Framework (Spring Boot) development.
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
Experience with at least one modern front-end framework: [protected info] or [protected info]
Hands-on experience in REST API design and integration.
Experience working with RDBMS such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Git, Jira, and Confluence.
Ability to communicate effectively in English or Korean for basic work-related interactions.
