Java Full - Stack Leader

Report to the CTO, you will utilize your technical expertise and people skills to lead, coach and mentor a cross-functional team of engineers as they build, deploy, and iterate our unique product
Have technical authority for the building of robust designs and solid architecture created by our team of exceptional engineers
Own the technical roadmap, collaborating with our innovative product Managers to develop features.
Responsible for the day to day management of your team and participate actively in the production and deployment of code
Work closely with leaders across the business, exceptionally closely with the Product Managers and other Technical Leads to provide unified technical direction and guidance, and engage in strategy and planning activities
Collaborate with fellow developers and stakeholders to ensure Sonder systems and apps address the needs of the business and the end-users
Work with a great team of dedicated engineers in a dynamic, collaborative environment
Manage the software development life-cycle and maintenance of software applications for a range of internal and external stakeholders
Provide continuous support and guidance to less senior colleagues through regularcoachingactivities and support them in fulfilling their personal development plans
